    WOD: DNF (6+3 Rx)
    For every DU, I probly did four singles….spent a lot of time on the rope

    DL: Bothered the ankle so switched it up to weighted back extensions on the GHD
    WOD: 25:55 subbed in 6 back extensions for the DLs and did 12 ab mat sit ups instead of the dubz (ankle)

    Strength: was more like a warmup. 195#
    WOD: 23:36. Most of that time was spent staring at the pull-up bar.

    Deadlift: 195# I was dilly-dallying and ran out of time
    Bradshaw: hit the time cap at 9+5. Scaled to keep it moving (& hspu goat city): 2 HSPU with 2 abmats, 8 pull-ups, rx weight & dubs

    deadlift: up to 315×3
    wod: 20:12rx – hands ripped halfway through and pull-ups got progressively worse from there

    Skipped the DL, 16:45Rx. Was on pace for 15:00 but last 5 rounds got progressively slower.
