MLK DAY (Monday 16th) – We will be running a reduced schedule with All Levels Classes in Southie Green only at 530, 630, 9, 11, 12, 4, 5, 6 & 7pm.  Bootcamp will run as scheduled at 6:15am

Let’s get mobile! Do you want to improve on Pistols and squatting in general? Take some time before class to warm up and work on your ankle mobility. Increasing the range of motion in your ankles will help with your regular squats as well as your pistol and pistol progressions.
