Our bootcamp is a community-based, high energy, circuit-style conditioning workout without the use of barbells or high skill gymnastics. This program is more challenging than your average boot camp, but less intense than CrossFit. This bootcamp is great for weight-loss, extra conditioning, or as a ramp-up into CrossFit classes. The special rate of $149 for the month includes 3 bootcamp classes per week, plus 2 bonus conditioning classes per week, 1 bonus “butts and gutts” class per week, and Sunday Yoga. Click HERE for more details and to get signed up!

Big ol’ DNF. Made it through 12 pullups in the third round. Sq. Cleans got to me.

Badger: 30:34 55# squat cleans and 15 pullups (but no band!). I was going to scale the run, but after coach’s pep talk this morning I did the full 800, hamstring discomfort be damned.

Thanks for hitting this with us today Jon – always good to remind ourselves why we do these workouts, and how lucky we are to be able to do them.

Thanks for dropping in, Jon. Hearing about Mark and the kind of guy he was really helps to connect with these hero WODs.
“We called him Badger bc he was small, a beast and hairy”. Classic!

Badger: 32:49 Rx. Going from 6:30pm class to 5:30am class is like Buzz’s girlfriend. WOOF!
