Due to the holiday and CrossFit Northeast Regional, we will be running a reduced schedule for the rest of the weekend.
Sunday – There will be No Yoga.  Classes will be held at 9 & 10am only.
Monday Memorial Day9 & 10 only, no separate bootcamp class – bootcampers are welcome to take the general CrossFit class – we will help modify.
