The WOD Board – located next to the main desk in Southie Green will be updated weekly and will include extra fitness assignments if you (and a partner) feel up to it! These workouts are meant to be simple yet effective at deepening your gas tank, tightening that midline and building chemistry and accountability. Please make sure to clean up after yourself and make an effort not to interfere with open gym rules or disrupt regular scheduled classes. WOD out and enjoy!
