40 Double Unders
then AMRAP Handstand Push-ups in the remaining time
Rest 1 minute

Level 2- 20 Double Unders- Hand Release PU
Level 1- 10 Attempts Hand Release PU

    I don’t say it enough, LOVE the 7PM class.
    – Nick D’A getting his first unassisted kick up and being PUMPED about it.
    – Drew TX stepping up and taking on every handstand challenge Shamwow threw at us, including coming REAL CLOSE to a clapping HSPU. Watch out, it won’t take him more than a few attempts to get it.

    Liked this one. Did singles and 38 HSPU. DUs likely would’ve meant zero attempts. Vetter informed me that he came out of the womb doing DUs. I can barely string 3 together.
