    WOD: 11:17 rx – ditto on the rope trips, but add laces untied & bun undone… turned into an all around mess!

    bear complex: 185, probably should have tried a little heavier
    wod: 10:54rx, too many breaks during toward the end

    No Bear. Did EMOM 225×2 BS and 35×2 DB strict press. WOD: 8:59 Rx. Good to have Kaitlyn and D back in the 5:30.
