15 Burpees
15 Pull-ups
100m Farmers Carry (70,53)
50 Double Unders

*All team members are working at one time. Each team member will start on a a station and take a knee when they have finished their reps. Once all members are complete they will rotate.

Level 2- (53,35), 25 double unders
Level 1- (35,26), 50 Singles, 10 Burpees/Pull-ups
