    amy showed me how i was pushing the weight up like a push press rather then getting under it. sick app called “Coaches Eye” – $4.99 in the app store. Must buy for those trying to get nasty and fix their form.

    Didnt have enough time on the platforms and couldnt do muscle ups.

    therefore today was a crap workout for me

    gotta get in one day and just work on them.

    barrow crushed it tonight.

    I started out well, but after 4th rd had to substitude mc up for clapping push ups and then had to quit the pain on my biceps was just too much..couldnt represent well tonight..great help from coaches tonight amy and halie 🙂

    Clean N Jerk: 165×3 (10# PR but stopped tonight because of time not because of failure, starting heavier next time.)
    WOD: 4 Rounds + 7 Reps Rx

    Happy as all hell. I had the illest blood blister in the middle of my palm from practicing butterflies two days ago so I was stressing about bar muscle ups. Straight up CODDLED my hand taking care of the blister, shaving calluses down, making some retail-worthy tape grips. Ended up getting through the WOD without tearing. Also hit every MU attempt. YUP!
