WOD
“Barbara”
5 rounds, each individually timed of:
20 Pullups
30 Pushups
40 Situps
50 Squats
3 min rest between each round

Level 2 – 4 Rounds
Level 1- 3 Rounds 10-20-30-40

    Barbara: 32:31 rx, rounds 2:57, 2:59, 3:53, 5:06, 5:36.

    Everything slowed down but the push-ups completely fell apart in the later rounds.

    Also, I just checked and this was my first WOD at Southie back on October 11, 2010. I scaled it to 5 rounds of 10 pull-ups, 20 push-ups, 30 sit-ups, and 40 squats and finished in 31:30. A minute slower today but 200 more reps. I’ll take it.
