    Bear: Games @145 (felt good)/ WoD: 5:10 (MUs),8:23 (C&J), 18:19 (finish) -was about 1min behind my typical pace on row

    18:19 for wod. Subbed 30ctb and 30 unassisted dips for the mups.

    Contined my pathetic attempts at false grip mups after. So frustrating!

    Wod: 21:28 (20 muscle ups, would’ve been a 45 minute wod if i went for 30)

    Wod 15:29 (tried for a big set of Mups then wanted to hang on for 5s, that didn’t work)

    bear complex: 205 – a few of the back rack jerks were iffy
    WOD: 22:13 – should have had a better plan with the MUs, switched to singles real early and as a result they took a real long time
