Back to Back at the Track

Meet at Moakley field, on Day Boulevard, at 11 and 12 today for some fun in the sun! Bring a friend along. All other classes are cancelled due to the Level 1 CrossFit cert.  If anyone needs a lift over or help getting there, I will be leaving from the box at 1030.  See you there!

Run 800 meters

L2 – 1200m, 75 double unders, 30 burpees, 800m, 50 double unders, 20 burpees, 400m, 25 double unders, 10 burpees
L1 – 800m, 150 singles, 20 burpees, 400m, 100 singles, 15 burpees, 400m, 50 singles, 10 burpees
