Passed on class and did some olympic lifting – worked to 235# on c&j; hatch squat program; and did a metcon (4 rounds, 8 minutes per round – 500m row, 15 hang squat cleans (135#), and 10 strict pull-ups, rest in the remaining time – rounds were 5:11; 5:20; 4:50; and 4:51)
