Today is Kim’s last class before she has her little meatball. Yoga classes going forward will be canceled until further notice. Kim will be back in action when she feels ready. We can’t wait to meet Stella Wallace!!!

    Went to CrossFit Markham today (Markham is a suburb of Toronto). We did CrossFit Total.

    Back squat: 235 (PR)
    Press: 100 (PR)
    Deadlift: 255 (PR)

    Total: 590 (PR)

    It was good to get a WOD in on vacation. But I am missing CrossFit Southie hard.

    Thanks for the comments Nick & Jaime, that’s helpful. Given that Zappo’s ships free both ways I ordered a couple of pairs different styles and sizes.

    Barry- The only place I know that might have a few Inov8s is CF New England out in Natick. You might wanna give them a call and see if they have some. In terms of ordering them, the shoe mart, zappos and again faster are all good places to get them. I personally like the 195s more than the 230s because they have a flatter, more minimal sole. The 230s provide a little more cushioning and a larger heel to toe drop. Hope this helps.

    Does anyone know where Inov-8’s can be had locally? Or is Zappos the best place to get them? If so…any tips on sizing and whether to get the 230’s or the 195’s? All input appreciated…thanks!
