    I think the med ball run qualifies as the goofiest Crossfit exercise I’ve done so far. If there’s a way to to do it while looking even semi-coordinated I sure didn’t figure it out today…

    Anyone see the main site picture today. This 5 year old kid (son of a crossfitter) got a “bench” slip (timeout) for doing a handstand against the wall.

    Pretty fun stuff.
