    The procedure for administering an awful waffle is as follows:

    1. Pin somebody to the top of a table.
    2. Pull their shirt up.
    3. Firmly press a tennis racket into their stomach.
    4. Pour syrup on their stomach.

      “Last man standing” –
      Top 10

      10 1 min Amraps with a 1 min rest inbetween each. Each round the athlete with the lowest score is eliminated

      1. Double Unders
      2. Heavy swing
      3. Pull-ups
      4. Overhead squats 135,95
      5. handstand push-ups
      6. power snatch 135,95
      7. rope climbs
      8. squat clean thrusters
      9. muscle-ups

      1 person eliminated each round until there is only 1 person
      standing

    Amy, Chris, Judges & Volunteers — thank you so much for the aMAZing competition you ran this weekend. It was a joy to be there and to be a part of it — even if I did finish dead last (although I hold out hope that you might post today’s results and I might not be at the very bottom any more). Thanks for being as awesome as you are!

      i concur, great job amy chris and all the judges and volunteers, that made this a wonderful event. even if i only had 1 and half arms!!! i had a blast competing, and i thank you guys for convincing me i could compete. or at least fell like i could compete! please post sundays results. can’t wait for the next one. thanx again, papa schurk
