Throughout the Open, we will be holding Competitors class at 730am but it will be treated as an Open Gym.  Please note that coaches will not be available to judge at this time for Open WODs.

100 Pull-ups
100 Push-ups
100 Sit-ups
100 Squats

Level 2- 75 Reps
Level 1- 50 Reps

    Has anyone else noticed that the 8 week paleo challenge only lasted 7 weeks? Time to enter my meals for the week.

    This morning I played basketball for 2 hours. Then I decided to come to class for Angie. Good thing I packed a Larabar, because I was ready to faint afterwards.

    From the lack of comments I’m guessing good times were had last night?

    Got my first Rx ANGIE today, 31:31. SIIIIIIIIIIIIKED on that.

    I lost some time due to needing to patch up my hands. Pre-WOD I wondered if I should make hand wraps, I said “nagh, I’ve been shaving my calluses and using lotion on my hands regularly, I’ll be good”. Then 30 pull-ups in I felt that unique warm-wet sensation and saw my hands were a bloody mess. Under 30 minutes next time.
