CrossFit Southie Bootcamp is BACK in January!
Are you or someone you know looking for a fun group fitness routine, but perhaps a bit too intimidated by CrossFit? Our Bootcamp would be a perfect fit. CrossFit Southie Bootcamp is a community-based, high energy, circuit-style conditioning workout without the use of barbells or high skill gymnastics. This program is more challenging than your average boot camp, but less intense than general CrossFit. It is great for weight-loss, conditioning, or as a ramp up to regular CrossFit classes.     11:45 RX
    Worked out solo at open gym but definitely would have rested more if I hadn’t known Hassel and Maser’s times. It was a little comment section push! Happy New Year all! Have fun, be safe.

    FS 280#. 14:40 on the metcon with 135#. Humbled/Inspired by the Gooseman doing it at 185#…Happy New Year everyone!!

      Great jumping in with the 530 crew. I was humbled by the 185, this was a lot harder than I anticipated. 13:17
