One more week working in with regular classes leading up to the Internal Throwdown and then we plan on getting back to business in BT. We definitely need more time working our weaknesses, getting stronger and more skilled. But we will mix Burnt Toast in with general classes from time to time. We have some new ideas for the upcoming off season but don’t hesitate to share your constructive thoughts with the coaches.
