    Solo mission this morning.
    EMOM – 135#. Failed the snatch in the 5th minute, got all other minutes. They actually felt better after that.
    SGDL – 205# felt good – still figuring out the weight for these new (to me) movements.
    WOD – 12:15 RX. slo-mo on the pull ups.
