*Going forward we will be adding classes on Monday and Thursday at 4pm.  Don’t worry open gymers, we are not getting rid of your time, we are just simply asking you to share the gym with a class.  However, there will no longer be a dedicated coach for open gym since most open gymers typically make up a workout rather than using these times to seek out personal coaching.  With that saying, if there something specific you would like help with, grab a coach floating around or let us know ahead of time and we’ll make sure someone is available to help you out.*
