Open WOD 14.1 Predictions?

The First Open WOD will be released released this Thursday night at 8pm. We will have a live viewing of the announcement on the projection screen in the boom boom room (mobility room).  If you haven’t signed up yet, make sure you head over to games.crossfit.com to sign up and join the CrossFit Southie II team.

Last year the Open kicked off with an 18 minute AMRAP of burpees and snatches. Any guesses on what they’ll throw at us this year?! Post your guesses to the comments! Whoever comes closest will win a Southie t-shirt to add to their collection.

Lastly, if you can’t make it in for the Open WOD on Fridays during classes or just would like another whack at it, we will hold a retest on Sundays at noon each week.  Some retests will require sign up depending on the WOD and we will keep you updated here on the blog.  The retest at noon will replace the noon class on Sundays so if you are looking to get in a WOD other than the Open WOD, show up for the 9,10, 11 or Open Gym on Sunday.  If you can’t make any of these times, find a friend and come to Open Gym and you can judge each other.  If you don’t have a friend just show up and we will find one for you!
