    Bench: 195
    Row: 165
    WOD: 17:32 (6:56, 7:36) Rx HSPU’s, #235 deadlifts

    (had a barbell out with four #25’s on it and it was easier to just add two #45’s instead of taking them all off just to make it 225 lol)
