In addition to more strength, be sure to practice more gymnastics and cardio work as well to make you a better more well rounded athlete!

DanceWorks Boston is Back! One of our very own members, Meg Struckel, is a member of DanceWorks Boston. This June, they will be hosting a few performances for their 10th Anniversary at the Boston Conservatory. Meg is not only a performer in the show, but she also helped to choreograph it! 900 tickets were sold in the first two days of sales, so grab your soon before they are gone!
