This June, they will be hosting a few performances for their 10th Anniversary at the Boston Conservatory.     Push Jerk: 155 x 1….felt pretty good on these, ran out of time
    WOD: 10 even L2 (75# thrusters, 1.5 pd)
    Cash out: done…Barrow feeling fire-y and challenging people to situp contests after class…what a boss!
