    Where the Friday night crew at? Nicole I thought you were doing Fri 7PMs? I’m going to rest Thur and start hitting these Friday nights to take advantage of the strength work, unless Friday traffic gets in the way…or my girlfriend kills me for going to the gym on Friday nights.
