Division Standards

Contemplating which division is right for you? Please see below for suggested movement standards in each of these divisions. Please note, these are simply suggestions and are not the only movements you will see during the competition. The weights listed should be able to be completed for reps, not a one rep max. There will be certain components to some workouts that will reward athletes who are proficient in higher skill movements; however, if you can hit the standards above, you will be able to compete in every event in some way.

Advanced

  • Proficient in all forms of muscle ups & handstand push ups
  • Toes to Bar
  • Pistols

Rx

  • Chest to Bar Pull Ups
  • Handstand Push Ups
  • Toes to Bar
  • Pistols
  • Front Squat 155,105 for reps

Intermediate

  • Unassisted Chin Over Bar Pull Ups
  • Wall Climbs
  • Front Squat 115, 75 for reps
