We survived the open....last WOD finally 🙂

AMRAP 7 Mins
3 Thrusters (100/65)
3 C2B Pull-ups
6 Thrusters
6 C2B Pull-ups
9 Thrusters
9 C2B pull-ups
….and continue to increase by 3 until the time runs out

Level 2 (75/55) Regular Pull-ups
Level 1 (65/45) Regular Pull-ups

Rest 10 mins then

AMRAP 7 mins
1 Burpee
1 KB Swing (2/1.5)
2 Burpees
2 KB Swings
3 Burpees
3 KB Swings
….and so on until the clock runs out

Level 2 (1.5,1)
Level 1 (1, 25lbs)

    I don’t think I will make it today. Would someone mind watching me to 3 thrusters some time in the next few days? I could do it at open gym, if that works. 🙂

    It will be great if he sticks with it. He was a beast back in the day so hopefully he cleans up his nutrition and keeps hitting the WODs and becomes a beast again.
