Increased Massage hours – Many of you may not be aware that we offer a Sports Massage service at the gym.  We have an office behind the desk where Natalie works her magic.  If you haven’t met Natalie, she is the bomb.com!  Nat has been working with a clinical approach to massage for the last 10 years. Her clientele consists of Cross-Fitters, ultra-marathoners, tri-athletes, and everyday workers with repetitive use issues. She is well versed in..

In the past Nat has been involved in The November Project, 3 half marathons, CrossFit and now she works out when she is able to find time to sneak away from her three young children 🙂
