With Flu Season just around the corner we ask that all of you are on top of your gym hygiene! Please be sure to wash your hands, and wipe down equipment after each workout. We have cleaning towelettes in both gyms. Picking up your crumpled paper towels, tape balls, water bottles, foam rollers, and extra equipment also creates a cleaner, safer environment.
