CrossFit Southie classes require membership enrollment. Membership rates are determined by the number of classes you participate in each week. We do not require a down payment, nor do we require a long term commitment, only a month at a time. Click here to take you first free Class!

Monthly Membership Rates
2 classes per week = $149 ($18 per session)
3 classes per week = $199 ($16 per session)
Unlimited classes =$239 (<$12 per [email protected] 5x/week))
10% discount rates to active student/military/fire/law enforcement/emt*
10% discount rate to the lower membership of the two for couples*
*only one discount may be applied to a membership or group of memberships and these discounts can not be combined with any other special offers.
Once enrolled in CrossFit Southie classes you are welcome to participate at any of the scheduled class times, no per-registration is required. Mobility classes and dedicated Open Gym hours are included with membership and do not count toward your weekly total of classes.
Fellow CrossFitters that currently belong to a different Box may swing by and take a class at our $20 drop in rate. Please show up a few minutes before class to fill out a waiver. No contact necessary. We will allow you to follow your own programming as long it does not interfere with the general class. We do not offer a t-shirt trade but do offer a $10 discount on t-shirts when paying a drop in fee.

One on One Coaching Rates
1 Session – $80
6 Sessions – $449 ($75/session)
